Our firm assists in the formation of limited companies under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and in handling of secretarial matters according to the Ordinance.

The formation of a Hong Kong private limited company is rather simple and easy, and basically it requires only 2 working days for a ready-made company (shelf company) and around 10 working days for a tailor-made company (from date of signature of documents). We also assist in the formation of offshore companies (e.g. BVI) and in handling their related registration and secretarial matters.

We shall prepare on behalf of clients, the necessary directors’ and shareholders’ minutes and file the returns and statutory documents to the Registrar of Companies.
