The services includes:
Computerized or online monthly, quarterly or yearly book-keeping Preparing financial statements (includes cash flows statements) in accordance with accounting standards in Hong Kong or in other jurisdictions Suggestions on improvement of internal controls of accounting systems

Preparation of employer and employees tax returns and working visa applications Payroll calculation and MPF contributions administration Business valuation services and assets valuation services e.g. for purpose of shares transfer, merger or acquisition Provision of accounting softwares for small or medium-sized companies or provision of online accounting system (special priced) Provision of softwares for payoll management system, including online software systems Assist on application of working visa Business office liaison e.g. telephone, fax or emails administration, virtual office and provision of business centre services Assist on arranging of short-term financing or short-term loan Translation services for legal or commercial documents Arranging for credit reports (international) Financial due diligence i.e. a process to confirm the reliability of information on an entity to enable the investor or purchaser (e.g. in a mergers or acquisitions transaction) to make judgement about the investment (We shall provide this service with our affiliated CPA firm) Assist in IPOs for listing on HKEx or HK GEM or on other jurisdictions
